Capital Ex
Every summer in late July we have a huge festival that has absolutely everything. From rides to games, food, concerts and even shopping; for 10 days this event goes on which brings fun and enjoyment to everyone. Even to start off these 10 days, every year their is a parade to celebrate what is to come and what we are to expect. These parades often include floats, marching bands, clowns, mascots; you name it, its there.
